Kate owns and operates Mind and Movement Pilates, a Pilates and wellness studio in Melbourne, Australia as well as her online Pilates and health membership, Mind Movement Health and her podcast by the same name, the Mind Movement Health Podcast.
A mum to 2 girls, she loves dark chocolate, 80's music, hot showers and getting out in nature.
