I signed up for a Free Pass to the Joy RECLAIMED Summit. Can I have access to a presentation that I missed?
I am so glad to have you here!
Unfortunately, free ticket holders cannot gain access to the replays from the summit, and will need to view the presentations on the day that they air. The good news is (1) you have a full 24 hours in which to watch each day's presentation, and (2) you are always welcome to upgrade to the VIP All Access Pass at any time during the summit, which grants you 6 months of access to all presentations.
I signed up for the summit but have not been receiving the reminder emails for the presentations that are streaming each day. Why haven't I received the emails?
That is certainly frustrating. Emails are pretty reliable from this hosting platform so I would suggest doing a couple things.
First, add hello@joyreclaimedsummit.com to your contacts/safe sender list. This should ensure that the emails are automatically routed to your preferred inbox folder.
Two, check your Promotions folder (esp. if Gmail) and Spam folder (esp. if Outlook) to see if the summit emails have ended up there. If you take both of these steps and you see nothing come in by the next day, please contact support at the email address above.
How do I get access to the bonuses that were mentioned for the summit? I would like to be entered in the raffle for a 1:1 session.
Yes! The bonuses are pretty incredible so I can understand your interest. The bonuses and the raffles are available at the VIP All Access Pass level, so you can gain access by upgrading your pass, if you haven't already.
If you already upgraded your pass, then run, don't walk, over to the pop-up Facebook group! This is where you will be able to participate in lives with the summit host and some of the special guests. You will also be able to play Joy RECLAIMED Summit Bingo! This game spans the length of our 4-week summit and gives you multiple opportunities to win the week's raffle, which includes the limited 1:1 sessions.
I purchased a VIP All Access Pass for the Summit Course, but I don't know my login and I can't access the course I paid for. Help!
For sure! If you have any issues signing in and can't find the initial email that helps you set up your password reset link, use this link here: https://www.joyreclaimedsummit.com/login -
It will take you to the Login page, and there you will click "Forgot Password" underneath the login button. This will send another email to you that will allow you to change your password, and making it possible for you to log into your course.
